Description
This is the final design. Though I must admit, her socks were a last minute change, and I haven't thought them out very well yet. Still, I'm happy with the outcome.
Xiao PANDA has speakers in her hair buns, a chinese dress and shorts, and long, large sleeves where the control panel is. She has chinese knots holding the end of her longer hair, and the typical pattern all vocaloids have can be found on her belt and ribbons. The dress and shorts are white, while the sleeves and socks are black. The pattern, knots, shoes and speakers are red. Her hair is black, and her eyes yellow.

VOCALOID belongs to the Yamaha Corporation.
